Founded in 1980 by Mr. Ram Kishan, R. K & Associates stands today as one of New Delhi’s most respected architectural and engineering firms. Built on a foundation of integrity, precision, and a deep respect for the built environment, the firm has, over the past four decades, shaped a distinctive legacy of architectural excellence across India.
With more than 500 completed projects and over 50 currently in design, planning, and construction, R. K & Associates has consistently delivered design solutions that combine function, form, and foresight. Our expertise spans residential and group housing, institutional and commercial, industrial, and urban development projects, each reflecting a deep understanding of context, purpose, and enduring value.

What began as the vision of Mr. Ram Kishan in 1980 has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice that continues to uphold his founding principles of quality and responsibility in design. Today, R. K & Associates is led by Ar. Rohit Garg and Ar. Praveen Kumar Agarwal, who together bring decades of architectural expertise and leadership to the firm.
Over the years, R. K & Associates has designed and delivered over 100 residential apartment complexes, comprising more than 15,000 dwelling units, many of which have been featured in leading architectural publications. This extensive body of work stands as a testament to the firm’s ability to translate vision into enduring spaces that serve people and communities with distinction.
