The Factory Building for Handweave Inc. in Panipat has been envisioned as a state-of-the-art textile manufacturing facility that harmonizes operational efficiency with contemporary industrial design. Conceptualized by R. K & Associates, the project aims to create a space that reflects both the craft-driven legacy of Panipat’s textile industry and the modern demands of large-scale production.
Spread over a 4-acre site with a planned covered area of 78,000 sq. ft., the design integrates manufacturing halls, administrative offices, warehousing units, and employee amenities within a cohesive and functional layout. The planning emphasizes optimized workflow, accessibility, and flexibility, enabling the facility to adapt to evolving production requirements. Architecturally, the proposed design features clean linear volumes, well-proportioned fenestrations, and a restrained color palette, embodying R K & Associates’ commitment to clarity and purpose in industrial design. Natural light, ventilation, and structural efficiency form the foundation of the design approach, ensuring a healthy and productive workspace.
