Omaxe The Nile
Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana
Omaxe The Nile is a distinctive themed group housing development that draws inspiration from the grandeur and symbolism of ancient Egyptian architecture while seamlessly integrating contemporary design sensibilities. Conceived around the client’s vision and name, The Nile, the project translates thematic intent into an architectural language that balances tradition with modernity. Egyptian motifs, columns, and stylized detailing are interwoven into the façade composition, entryways, and landscape elements, creating a cohesive and immersive visual identity.
Spanning a built-up area of 10,00,000 sq. ft., the complex comprises 432 residences, including spacious apartments and penthouses, planned around landscaped courtyards and communal zones that foster a sense of openness and community. The project’s design and thematic coherence earned it a feature in Architecture + Design magazine (November 2008), recognizing it as an exemplary example of contextual creativity and refined urban residential architecture by R. K & Associates.
