JOP Stella is a mixed-use complex envisioned to create a vibrant urban destination that integrates retail, commercial, and leisure spaces within a cohesive architectural framework. Designed by R. K & Associates, the project brings together functionality, aesthetic clarity, and experiential design to shape a dynamic and engaging environment for both visitors and occupants.
The architectural form is defined by bold, contemporary lines and fluid massing, with the interplay of solids and voids lending depth and character to the façade. The lower levels house high-street retail and anchor stores, ensuring activity and engagement at the pedestrian level, while the upper floors are designed for flexible commercial spaces, adaptable to evolving business needs.
